User Defined Functions are functions coded in Visual Basic for Applications that can make a great deal of difference in the efficiency and effectiveness of your spreadsheets. UDF's do not run as quickly as resident functions, but they are necessary from time to time. A User Defined Function can be developed by Brandtrock Consulting for your use for a minimal charge. As an alternative, you can get training at Brandtrock Consulting through the Double XL Seminar Series and learn to write your own User Defined Functions, or go to one of the free forums listed in the Links section to get help writing a User Defined Function on your own. Any UDF developed by Brandtrock Consulting will be packaged as an add-in complete with definitions of the arguments used in the UDF when it is viewed in the Function Wizard.
