Scheduling Related: Client Lister is designed primarily for accounting practices or businesses that have a regular client list with regular work product that is produced in various timeframes. The tracking of documents and work status is simplified through a date based grid that includes both active and inactive clients each month. Work done for monthly clients shows as due each month while quarterly, semi-annual and annual clients will remain inactive until the appropriate time frame has passed. Never worry about a client being overlooked! The categories and time frames are completely adjustable at set up time. Labor Percentage Tracking is designed primarily for labor intensive industries such as restaurant and retail. Default industry standards or actual company data may be used when setting up the program. Employee hours are tracked through the day and compared with projected labor usage. Daily reports break down the variance into controllable and uncontrollable components. Learn which managers are your most efficient and effective in using labor to get the job done right! Formula Related: A Formula Resource for the Ages is an Add-in for Microsoft® Excel developed by Brandtrock Consulting that details the definition of 341 worksheet functions available in the standard installation and the Analysis ToolPak. Each function is defined in text and in practice. A live illustration of the function is given at the top of the page. The syntax of the formula is shown, ambiguous arguments are explained. Common usage is shown or described, as well as advanced usage for more powerful functions. In addition to the individual definitions, 18 additional illustrations combine functions in realistic applications of formulas. These illustrations deal with some of the most commonly asked about "How do I" issues asked on discussion forums. User Defined Functions are functions coded in Visual Basic for Applications that can make a great deal of difference in the efficiency and effectiveness of your spreadsheets. UDF's do not run as quickly as resident functions, but they are necessary from time to time. Wrestling related: Training Tables sets up a schedule of weight training tables by day with the calculation of the lifts being directed by the individual wrestler's maximum lifts at the beginning of the program. The cycles can be repeated for longer training programs, and are designed for a peak performance in the upcoming season. Coaches can quickly and efficiently view reports showing areas of concern by team or by individual. Reports can be generated for the year end banquet.
